Dalbrough a self proclaimed renovating and decorating magazine addict joined IkeaFans in February 2006 on the quest to meet others who share the love of Ikea as much as she does. Living near Toronto, Ontario with her three boys, one huge yellow dog and the love of her life, “hubs” as she calls him keeps her busy.

Working full time as an office manager /dispatcher for a transportation company she has been on a quest to renovate her outdated small bungalow during evenings, weekends and holidays. This process is a long one, renovating one room at a time in a beachy, cottage feeling home. A home that makes you want to have bare feet and wear a straw hat, gathering towels to head to the ocean (even though she is very far away from the ocean!!). It is not uncommon to see her wearing her pink leather tool belt and safety glasses working on the latest and greatest “project”. Just finishing up her second kitchen project (this time her own!!) she loves Ikea even more and amazed how versatile there products are no matter what your style or decor.

Her life long dream and retirement plan is to find an Oceanside cottage in disrepair in Eastern Canada and bring it back to life. For now the current house is her “playground”. On weekends you will also find her in Northern Ontario building a cabin right on the lakes edge. In her down-time she enjoys reading renovating and decorating magazines, cooking, enjoying her friends and family, snowmobiling, boating and enjoying the many lakes Ontario has to offer.
