As much as I love IKEA, I'll be the first to tell you (ok,
I'll get in line...) that they are not known for their
customer service or ease of use, necessarily. Although,
after reading some of the horror stories with customer service
(or lack thereof) at the Evil Orange and it's Equally Evil
Twin, and hearing some of the harrowing experiences with KD's
and GC's, I'll take the problems with IKEA and pocket the
change any day. But, that's me. Back to you...
