In the IKEA hinges and drawer hardware lie the secret value and thrill in IKEA Akurum/Faktum kitchen cabinets. They are made by Blum, proprietary to IKEA, but Blum nonetheless. Door hinges come in 2 packs or 3 packs depending on your door size, except for hinges for corner cabinets and horizontal cabinets, which are not covered in this tutorial.
This is one of the easiest parts of the job, and doesn't require a tutorial...we just love these hinges and wanted to relive the joy.
This is a 39" wall cabinet and it has 2 hinges. Here's how they're assembled and installed:
On the inside of the door, you'll see the holes for the cup of the hinges and the two smaller holes for aligning the hinge. There are no screws involved in this part of the assembly.

Place the hinge cup into the hinge cup hole on the door, aligning the small holes on the hinge with the small holes on the sides. These are for alignment only, and do not require screws.
