Ok...tip out trays were not the easiest modification. Some say it would hardly be worth it--me, I like gadgets. We bought the Rev-A-Shelf Tip Out Tray set (14", double trays) from our local big box hardware store for about $12. You can also buy what looks like a similar set from LeeValley(see link provided in references). It is designed for use in a framed sink base 30"-36" wide. We used ours in an IKEA (FRAMELESS) 36" sink base.
This modification should be done before the sink is permanently installed, or you may not have access. That being said, make sure that after you install the trays, you will have room for your sink or you will be a very unhappy camper, indeed.
