Missing hardware for a Hemnes daybed
Hi, I’m new here, and I’m not sure if this is the right place to post my concern. But we own the Hemnes daybed that’s white and has the drawers and converts to a king bed. We recently moved and had to disassemble the bed. When we arrived to our new home and went to re-assemble the bed, we realized that the bag that we put all the screws and fittings in is missing. We looked everywhere. I love this bed and would love to put it back together to use it. I found the manual on this website so I could get the part numbers for IKEA to see if it's possible if they could get new ones and possibly mail them to me, as the nearest IKEA store is about two hours away from me. I work 7 days a week and my wife is 8 months pregnant, and I’d prefer it if she didn’t travel that distance in her condition. I e-mailed IKEA, told them the situation, and they wrote back and said I DO have to come into the store. I really don’t want to resort to that just yet. If anyone out there has any extra parts or can help me in any way possible, I would greatly appreciate it. I don’t think I even need ALL the pieces, as I left a few things attached, just some screws to attach the metal rail with all the slats to the bed frame, and screws that you need to attach with an Allen wrench (which I have), the cork pegs to attach the three white bed frame pieces, and all the little brown pegs to attach the loose slats to the fold-out part. Again, I have the part numbers for all of these, and I could probably get the screws at a local hardware store, it’s the pegs I’m worried about. They seem pretty original. Thank you very much!
