Ikea is really going to cause me to have a heart attack. My instructions are wrong. The 12" cabinet I have has 3 drawers...the bottom drawer is connected to the bottom of the door. The instructions say to connect the Drawer railing to the first hole. But there is not enough room...it has to be connected to the 2nd hole from the bottom. However, trying to connect the drawer to the 12" cabinet the door is too high. Am I suppose to make my own hole for the drawer sliders to connect to? or should I just redrill the holes in the door to accomodate...does anyone know what I am talking about?

You should have received small packages with internal drawer fronts. Those have the template for drilling the door plus some small necessary hardware parts. Check those bags. Best wishes!

The template for the door to drawer conversion in the pull outs is in the galleries: Template S1184/0404 for pullout door/drawer

You will also need the wood plugs that came with the internal drawer fronts - otherwise the holes that need to be drilled will be where the hinge holes are.

yeah..thanks for the answers but I found the right answers on another post...seems the template included was wrong and I should use a template for 15" instead of 12". I should of known..I was shocked ikea even included a template..of course it was incorrect.
