Excitedly unpacked my coffee machine last night and fitted it - only to find that it about four inches smaller than the supposedly purpose built cabinet it comes in!
The door/shelf above cannot be lowered either without leaving a gap at the very top of the cabinet!!
Has anyone outb there found any chrome looking 4" filler other than bodging a bit of pelmet to fit? Any ideas/suggestions would be appreciated please..

Do you have an IKEA kitchen? Did you modify a cabinet to accept this coffee machine? Pictures and more details would help quite a bit.

i have a feeling that this is the 5ish foot tall cab we don't get here in the states. we also don't get the integrated coffee machine
that said, the cabinets works like the tall pantries in order to accept the built in appliances. you could use plinth (i assume that is the pelmut?) or you could cut down cover panel. another thought would be the shallow drawerfront for that size cabinet (they go up to 30" wide, though i assume your cabinet is 24" wide, sorry don't know the cms off the top of my head)
