Re: Pull Out Pantry Door Adjustment?
So when you said you tried it on another pantry unit, was the door still sticking out on the other pantry frame??? or was the issue with pantry in question??
If you have already tried reseating the pull-out door and it is still not sitting right, try removing the drawer part (top & bottom) from the door and reseat the drawers (without the door attached). Check to make sure the actions are smooth and it retracts fully.
Then grab the door and put it next to the drawers to check if the brackets are set at the correct heights. The brackets can be loosened and minor height adjustments can be made. If bigger adjustments need to be made you may have a problem...and quite possibly need to get a new door (fingers crossed!).
If everything looks good, click the doors back onto the drawers (without removing the drawers from the pantry frame), but done attach the deep drawer rods at this stage. The drawers should retract just as they did without the door. If this is the case, then adjust the rod ends so that they are the right length of the drawer and re-attach the rods. Adjusting the rods while they are attached will affect the forward or back tilt of the door.
Hope this helps.
