I'm ready to attach the drawer front to a 24" sink base... but can't find instructions for doing so. I searched through the site and couldn't find instructions or discussion about this.
Any one have instructions or can you describe how to do it?
You should have a large triangular metal piece to hold the false drawer front on the sink base. I can't find pictures or instructions for this here - though there may be.
Actually, I think the 24" sink base uses a single drawer front to span the cabinet. You should have package with white metal pieces in it. Use the two angle brackets at each side. You won't need the triangle piece. You can hold the brackets to the side with the drawer front in place and figure out which direction the brackets go. I think the side with 3-holes goes into the cabinet.
I'm having the similar problem, I have a 36" sink base and I received the 2 drawer fronts, but cannot turn up any hardware for their installation, also the cabinet doors close against the base, but there is no upper horizontal for them to close against, does this seem right? I suppose I could make a piece, but the system is usually pretty good.
You need to get back to the store (or call customer service if you had it shipped to you... there is an option on the phone system for "calling about a kitchen you already purchased) and get the plastic bag of mounting hardware for the drawer fronts. It includes two L brackets that are drilled to allow a bit of adjustment, and it includes a large (6" x 6'ish) metal "triangle". The triangle screws into the top support crossbar, holds the centers of the two drawer fronts, and its lower edge provides a stop for the top of the cabinet doors. Thing of beauty, really.
