I've assembled and hung three Varde wall cabinets, but as to all 3, once I attached the pneumatic arm, the doors fit terribly: as to each, the door doesn't close all the way and instead sticks out at an angle (the bottom part of the door doesn't touch the bottom of the cabinet). And where the door actually attaches to the blum hinge on the cabinet, it's pulling the hinge right out of the cabinet.

I hope that makes sense, any suggestions?

Pay attention to the next-to-last photo. It shows the correct direction for the cabinet piece to be pointing. If you look at this piece as an airplane, the 'wings' are the tabs that hold the screws. You must point the longer 'nose' of the plane inside the cabinet. If you have these pieces turned around, the hinge side of the door will be about an inch from the frame.

Here are a couple of things to check for (I'm not trying to be condescending, just speaking from experience, even as a pro). Make sure your hinge plate is in the correct set of holes in the top of the cabinet. Make sure you've installed the correct piece on the door (remember, you have your choice of two), and that it's installed in the proper place. Make sure the top hinge is properly secured to the hinge plate.

And make sure your hinge arm (elbow unit) is installed properly.First, be sure that you have the proper side facing into the cabinet - there is a small hex head fitting right in the center of the elbow , and this should face into the cabinet, not the cabinet wall. And make sure the elbow moves in the proper direction - that it bends up, into the cabinet.
