I was assembling my 30X30 12" deep base cabinet and after assembly noticed there wasn't a place for the legs. I looked at my order and it says BS3030 but right underneath in the breakdown list it states it Wall cab 30X30. I went to my IKEA planner and looked at the list and same thing.

Does the program just say it is a base cab, but really it is a wall cab?

37cm deep cabinets are labeled as "wall cabs" and 60 deep as "base cabs".
you can install the feet on wall cabs by either

• removing the protruding prongs from the feet, the screwing the feet in
• make appropriately sized holes in the bottom of the cab with a router...

The BS3030 uses a wall cabinet box. The easiest way to account for that is cut off the pegs on the base for the legs. Use 3/4" screws to atttach it to the cabinet. Make sure you locate the base in the same position as the normal base cabinets so you toekick works properly.

There are a couple online tutorials on how to place the legs on a "wall cabinet". I had to use them when I made a shallow wall counter in one part of our kitchen. Google is your friend! One is a great Flickr account with pics of every step they took!
