The adjustment for these hinges is similar to that of other IKEA hinges.
There are two screws on the narrow neck of the hinge.
The one closest to you makes the door move left and right in relation to the frame; by turning it a little one way or the other (I forget whether it's clockwise or counter clockwise), you can narrow the gap between the two doors. Only turn each screw 1/4 - 1/2 turn each time, and do this until the gap is just wide enough that the doors don't rub when you open and close them.
The one closest to the back of the bookcase moves the door forward and back in relation to the frame, and is used in case the doors don't close flush on the frame.
