How far does the door open on the wall corner cabinet? We just installed my Mom's & it looks like it opens only about 10" or so. Is this normal? It doesn't look like it's hitting the cabinet next to it, but maybe it is. Would the hinges that open further be of any help?

ikea provided us withspecial hinges for that corner cab. theyare abit longer, this allows the door to open more. lmk if you wanna seea pic of mine.

The special corner cabinet hinges should have come with the cabinet box, not separate like the other hinges.

Thanks so much for the info on the special hinges. Now, I just have to find them!! The contractor installed the hinges & they special ones probable got mixed up on some other cabinet. Is there anything that visually identifies them from the other hinges? If I can't find them, can I purchase additional hinges just for that cabinet?

Joanne -- they're bigger (longer front to back) than the other hinges. When you see a set, you'll know it. Surprised the contractor didn't note the difference!
