Description: Floor will be marble tile w/ elec radiant heat, so installed wonderboard over mortar over acoustic mat over existing plywood subfloor. Also put wonderboard at splash wall due to experience with old splash wall being wet under old tile splash. New splash also will be marble tile. Horizontal upper cabinets is set high enough (21") to allow future hanging bars or racks under. Red sketch near tall pantry is where a small microwave will go with oven just below the counter. Cooktop will be under existing skylight where the new hood is installed. Vertical storage at end is sketched in red with end panel going to the floor to support heavy granite top.
