...and I noticed that they gave me the whole rail and everything, not just the damper. Did this cost me more than buying just the damper? Can you do that? Buy just the damper? It doesn't matter for me anyway, because, as I found out, I must have the "old" drawer slides because they lack the proper notches for the shock absorbers

So, I've started the arduous task of uninstalling all of the drawer slides and putting in the new and improved ones with the dampers. I wish I would have known about this back in March when I purchased my cabinets!

Live and learn, I guess. Anyone need any of the old drawer slides? I have about, oh, 10 pairs now that I have no use for:blush:
