The best place for my intended Domsjo double sink would put it adjacent to the right angle in my counter configuration. Imagine an L shape: I want to take a straight run of countertop along the long part of the L, and install the sink without the countertop having to turn the corner.Because I want to use soapstone or Richlite, it's just lots easier (and cheaper) not to have to cut a really short leg of the L on which to rest the lip of the sink. And I need the sink to be as close to the angle as possible, for space reasons. Can I do that? From looking at pictures, it looks feasible, because the sink lip would just extend over that straight run of counter. Do any of you who actually have the Domsjo think that would be possible?

Thanks - Kathy

I thought you might look at the cutout they mention. It could be in the way of what you're describing. The sink seems to need that front lip to be inset. My only thought would be a panel that only supported the edge of the sink under the lip with a cutout that would frame the front lip. In one thread it was mentioned that for the dishwasher side you use an oven panel which goes all the way to the floor instead of the side panels which terminate at the level above the floor of the legs.
