I need an operating manual. I tried to clean it for the first time last night. It locked; it did not clean. The display shows F_05 and I can't cancel it. HELP
Took forever to find the right number for whirlpool service. Whirlpool couldn't find 1 of 3 parts I needed. Took 2 service trips and hours on hold to go through the steps. Over a month later, I ended up getting a new oven. Ridiculous procedure. I'll NEVER buy another appliance at IKEA.
holy cats, these were hard to track down. Initially Ikea told me there were no instructions for operation or installation of the oven, after I threw a hissy fit, the customer service rep found them on whirlpool's website.

I had the same problem.
The door locked and there was no power after my first cleaning.
After endless hours of phone calls to IKEA and then whirpool they sent a technician out. It took 2 months to have the oven working again. (The technicain came at least 4 times with new parts.
I used the oven for a few weeks, and I cleaned it yesterday. It stopped working while cleaning with a message F 02. Did not clean but left me with a non working oven.
I called IKEA. Told me they can do nothing. Call whirpool. Whirpool is sending a technician. No option to have the oven replaced.... I am contacting my lawyer. If anybody has the same problem, please email me at mimibm@gmail.com to add to my lawyer's file. THANK YOU
