I just moved, and in the process, lost the anti-topple device for my Markör bookcase. I can't find any information on ordering a new one from IKEA. Does anyone have the measurements for the screw so I can get the right size at the hardware store to replace it?

sometimes - your strap went out in the mail yesterday morning and should be to you by tomorrow.
Thanks to you and this post, I got re-inspired! We were able to raise awareness with over 250 new views of Save a Child's Life: Prevent Furniture Tip-Overs through retweets of the article on Twitter and a bunch of shares on Facebook. I sent out an additional five straps to people who helped to spread the word!
That said, if anyone needs an anti-topple device, I still have several straps, an L-bracket and some mounting brackets for
cabinets that slide into the mounting rail. Shipping (except for the hefty AKURUM mounting hardware) will be free - I only ask that you spread the word by sharing the link to the article Save a Child's Life: Prevent Furniture Tip-Overs and help to raise awareness.
Thanks in advance!
Akurum is the North American equivalent of FAKTUM; that is the fitted, frameless, component kitchen cabinet line, which when paired with door and drawer fronts as well as interior accessories makes up the full kitchen cabinet system.
