Post Anyone have an extra installation DVD?

Hi, me again!

I seem to be taking up an inordinate amount of space on the forum with my questions, and I was just wondering if anyone would be willing to loan/burn a copy of the Ikea installation DVD? I'll be happy to pay for postage both ways and return it with something nice as a thank you (possibly cookies if my oven's hooked up!)

My Kitchen Ikean told me they don't make the DVD anymore, and that I should just use the directions on the website, but the directions on the website don't even include hanging the suspension rail or what I should use (and what size) for ledger board. I'm hoping to calm my nerves with the DVD and I'll slow down with my questions. Also, will the DVD help or do I just need it as a security blanket?

Thanks for your time, wisdom and patience,

Without all of you, I'd be a (bigger) puddle on the floor right now!

I don't have one, but did they give you the poster with instructions? That's what my brother used for my installation, and it worked fine.

No, Kathy, they didn't give me ANYTHING, they just sent me to the website. The only thing they gave me was the "what this means" and what to do when checking in your kitchen order. I'd LOVE a poster, maybe I'll go back there and annoy them until I get one!

We really enjoyed living in the North Phoenix area. But when we first moved to the area, it was still just a part of the county and not yet annexed by Phoenix. Tatum Ranch was just being developed, so it really was not very expensive to buy there. We kick ourselves sometimes for not keeping the house and renting it out, but could not fathom how to be long distance landlords and maintain our sanity.
