I was at Ikea the other day getting the pieces and parts to convert my 12" BPO to a 12" base with two interior drawers and on a whim I picked up a packet of the drawer dampers. Wowee! I added them to the cutlery drawer and what a difference! You almost can't slam the drawer and with three small kids using that drawer on a regular basis, that's a blessing.

Anyway two thumbs up for the drawer dampers.

	BPO definition BPO means Base Pull Out, as in a BPO15, which is a 15" wide Base Pull Out Cabinet

I am definitely picking these up next time I get to IKEA. I figured I need about 7 sets minimum. I demonstrated them to Tom last time we were in IKEA and he made it his mission to make them slam LOL He did succeed, but it took some effort!

Ha! Eva that's why I haven't told anyone that I put them on. I figured that they'd go out of their way trying to slam them shut.

Our IKEAan's mouth dropped open when we ordered almost 40 for our kitchen and bathrooms. She said "Now you know that they come in pairs and you only need one pair per drawer." Yep - we like our smooth closing drawers.
