Ikea ENSEN faucets installation problem

Hello
I need some info about the ENSEN faucet I am tring to get installed. I have 2 problems, first the water pipes that come down from the faucet are not long enough to reach the water valves coming out of the wall. I looked at the hose and I think I can take off the end piece that goes into the faucet and get a longer hose to reattach it to the longer hose. I also wanted to ask how tight you need to attach them do I need to get a wrench in there or will hand tightening work since it has the dual O-ring washers? The second problem I see is the drain section, it looks like I am missing the plastic washer piece that goes under the top of the drain. Does anyone know what it looks like? There is a black rubber washer in the box but it just falls down the tube and does not stay on top. The ENSEN directions show what looks like a flat wide washer but I think it is supposed to be a plastic tapered one so the drain fits flush with the bottom of the basin. The direction show a few different parts that what came in the box , maybe they updated the parts and not the installation booklet. Any info for you all would be great. Thanks

I figured it out

Just wanted to post that I went back and got another faucet with a slightly larger washer which went together fine.

Thumbs down Re: Ikea ENSEN faucets installation problem

The ikea Ensen faucett is simply poorly designed. Too many design flaws and parts that just don't work right. The included hot/cold lines are too short. Can't be sure how to tighten it. The hoses won't fit in the bracke that comes with the fawcett. I'm writing this right before it's going back to the store. What a waste of time.
