Hi, another dumb question here.
DH and I have assembled 20 of the 26 boxes we will be using in the kitchen, while the contractor is busy demolishing walls, has removed all the cabs, etc.
I thought that we first assemble the boxes, move them into place when he's cleared the kitchen to make sure on location, then he can do the replumbing work he has to do, then he will install the cabs & cover panels, then we go in and do the insides (shelving, drawers) and doors.
UNTIL I ran across a thread where someone mentioned that it's easier to put the drawer rails in before the cabinet is installed. So, what's the best order to do things, and is it 'too late' to start doing the insides now that most of the boxes are done? (I understand that shelving and drawers will only get in his way during installation, but is it good to have the railings done already?)
Thanks!
