Removing ikea bamboo floor planks from an installed floor

Last summer I installed the Ikea Bamboo flooring (Klavisk--not sure if thats right) and some of my planks have expanded way too much and I also have a part of the floor that now seems terribly unlevel and some of the planks there have split so I need to remove and replace them. Does anyone have some good suggestions or ideas about how I should go about doing this. I have a handyman I am working with too but I wanted to get the Ikea fan experts advice as well. I am so amazed as the great advice and responses I have gotten here.
