We purchased a pair of doors for a PAX wardrobe and the hinges for the left hand side and right hand side line up at different locations. These doors are the PAX Vikesdal mirror front doors.

The two doors we received are identical with respect to location of the hinge holes. These are spaced asyemettrically. From the center hinge hole, one hole is 35-1/4" and the other is 36-1/2". Since the doors are identical, it means that the door hung on the right hand side has a hinge at a different level than the door on the left hand side. This raises havoc with our plans for interior shelves.

The PAX planner shows the hinges are parallel to each other, which would mean these doors should come in both left hand and right hand versions.. Were we sold an incorrect set, or is this they way they actually come? Can anyone confirm whether PAX doors are sold with both left hand and right hand versions, or if all doors are identical?

Pax doors for the 79" wardrobes are sold only one way - with an off-center "center" hinge hole. It DOES make lining up interior fittings much more difficult. On the other hand, the 93" mirrored doors have four holes , which are symmetrical when flipped left or right - but that doesn't help you, unfortunately.
