We are almost done with our kitchen. I promise to post pictures when the countertops are in. We choose adel medium brown cabinets, and we are having absolute black honed granite for countertops. We are going for a more modern look so I will install zero radius sinks. I am looking for ideas when it comes to the floor. It has to be a tile or stone of some sort because the rest of the house is the new Bruce laminate in a similar shade of adel medium brown. I thought that slate might work but I'm hesitant. Please let me know what you have seen and would recommend. TIA

Have you searched in the blogs and galleries here ?? I know there are many many adel mb kitchens here that have been finished ... slate would be nice - and there are MANY different varieties of slate in many color tones ... I've got slate as my backsplash and LOVE it!!

with tile you'll have soooo many choices ... I'd suggest finding a look that you like and then finding a tile that will give you the look you're after ...

Slate would be lovely with the Adel Medium Brown and the Honed Granite. I second Doreen's recommendation to look in the Gallery and Blogs for some visuals of what others have used in their Adel kitchens.

Have you given any thought to what material you will use for the backsplash? Maybe that could help narrow down your choices too!
