So Garden asked me to post pics of my backsplash.

I bought two full 4’x10’sheets of 24 gauge Stainless Steel I sheered to go above and below the range cabinets. On the sink wall, I sheered it to go just below the base cabinets.



I spent 2 hours per sheet measuring and making each receptacle, Then it took a stack of jigsaw blades and a few drill bits to cut them out. This stuff is hard (and not just difficulty hard) the SS is real hard to cut and drill.



Trim will come soon, I have an idea but I don’t want to spoil the surprise.

That looks great! Of course I am obsessed with metal and want to use it everywhere.

We already own air shears for our exterior metal siding project andI can easily see us (OK. It's really DH) using it to make a backsplash.

So, when are you going to reveal the trim surprise?
