Outstanding deal on cool, cool stone backsplashes

Check out the new stone offerings at Costco - note that even non-members can order from Costco for a 5% surcharge. Or at least that was the case last time I perused their fine print.

Enjoy!

I've been blogged!
and another deal on glass mosaic...

I just noticed that www.hakatai.com has a good selection of glass tile on sale right now. I got my kitchen accent tile here; it's a company I highly recommend.

And your glass tile is beautiful, Kathy!

If I could commit to a backsplash I'd go with the 3/8" in a mosaic. But since I can't comit....

hmmm, I like these pebbles, expecially the Sumatra red Indonesian mosaic stone tiles.

will it be stones? tin ceiling tiles? ceramic? paint?

Nexus birch, countertop will be Formica Rosson Granite in their shinier "etchings" finish, paint colors in the kitchen include a red that reminds us of Tuscany (where DH is from) and a deep foresty green on trim, and some sunshiny yellow.
