Anyone have pictures to post of their PAX installed? Would love to see how they look, or any closet storage from IKEA. We may be doing our bedroom/bathroom before the kitchen.

I used Pax in my utility room, where I like it a lot for storing tools, project supplies, etc. (I don't have pics and they wouldn't tell you much if I did -- just big white boxes lined up in a row.) To my eye, the kitchen cabinets are so much better finished that I'm using them in bedrooms instead of the Pax. Just a thought to toss into the mix.Â* Pam

Laurie, did you see the PAX cabinets over on the Finished Gallery? So far, I've only the one set of pictures.

Susan - Yep, I saw that one, but, I think what I'd like to see is an actual finished bedroom with them installed to see what they look like. I don't want something that's free-standing "looking" for the closet; would want it to be built-in. If it comes down to a money issue, we may just rough-in a closet and use the IKEA wardrobe interior fittings. We're only going to have 5 ft. of space for each of us. Not alot of room. Need some strategic planning. We'll have to put seasonal clothing away in the basement and switch out when needed (although in St. Louis, you always have to keep a little on hand because of extreme temperature changes in a moments notice).

We are just finishing up a pretty big Pax project (two walls of closet). I will post pictures when done. So far I'm pretty pleased!

Laurie -

I did a Flickr search on Pax wardrobe (had to narrow it down because when I did just Pax I got 1,800 photos and most of them having to do with people or places named Pax). A Google search on Ikea Pax has some photos too.

Here's some

Also, I had forgotten about this blog where they installed Pax in their master bedroom closet (more pictures at the link).
