Do you know anything about the bed? Approximate age etc?
Have you already looked for any stickers that might have an article number on them etc?
The single rail around the top makes me think it's an older bed as most of the more recent years have multiple rails due to safety regulations. My first guess was a tromso, but it doesn't match any of the ones I've looked at so far... Hrm...
