I'm new to the site, but I am trying to find out what this old set of IKEA furniture is so that we can get a bedside table to match the set. My girlfriend got the dressers about 10 years ago, and they are black with red-orange wood grain drawers and black accents (see pics). Does anyone know what the set is called?

Hej Dog-Doc! Welcome to IKEAFANS! If you're a veterinarian, you'll have lots of friends here! Who'm I kidding? You'll have lots of friends here anyway, but we IKEA Fans seem to be animal lovers too.
Anyway - your dresser - does the narrower one have a larger drawer at the top, or is that an optical illusion? I see a BANKYERD dresser that's similar, but it's in pine/white. And there's a wide dresser, but it's 3 drawer. Doesn't mean they didn't offer a different style / finish in store, or in another catalog year. I'm looking at the 2001 catalog on page 321.

The line is called Kabin, and it's been out of range since 1999 (+/-). It was a nice looking line stylistically, but wasn't the best quality stuff IKEA's ever put out. The biggest problem with it was the drawer runners, which were plastic and tended to break.
Ironically, the woman I worked for today had a number of well-kept Kabin pieces in her house - it was like visitng an old friend.

Wow, what timing! I am looking for a few replacement drawer runners/rails for this Kabin dresser. The rails look like this, and they are different than the ones that go with the dresser posted by the
OP
. Any idea what the hardware part number is for the rails I need? (I went to my local Ikea store over the weekend and they were not able to provide replacements for the rails linked above, although they were able to provide replacements for the dresser in the picture at the top of this thread.)
