Thanks, everyone! Yes, if we get this house, both the bathrooms and the kitchen need to be remodelled eventually. They're in great shape, but very dated. This is fine with us as it means we can take our time and live in the space for a bit and save up some money.

The owners are going to discuss our offer this evening, so hopefully we'll have good news! I'm so excited to get my family into our "forever house" that the kids will grow up in and into a wonderful school district!

Got the house! It's perfection. Now just a couple of inspections to go and then the wheels are turning...lots of packing to do. Proposed close date isn't til April 22.
