Finally decided to go ahead and convert the middle bedroom (12'x13') into a FABULOUS closet, and settled on IKEA PAX wardrobes with NEXUS doors/drawers.
Here's the problem: we assembled the 39" wide wardrobe, then attached the corner unit, and realized the corner unit is only 19" deep.

We can't put the next 23" deep wardrobe next to it, so that defeats the purpose of the corner unit, which was to connect two rows of frames along joining walls.
How is this supposed to work? Do we have to pull the corner unit 4" away from the wall? This throws my measurements WAY off now!
HELP!!!!
ALSO: Found a thread that suggests mounting 2x4s behind the corner unit...wondering if anyone else has another suggestion. Thanks!
Thanks,
