I am hoping we can get the following done in the next 2 years.
here is a list of what needs to get done and the steps to get it done.
House Project List

Washer/Dryer Relocation

Move hot/cold water line to back bedroom

Move/ add drain pipe in back bedroom for washer

Move electrical outlet for dryer to back bedroom

install exhaust for dryer

move washer and dryer to back bedroom

Hot Water Heater Relocation

unhook existing water heater

move gas line to back bedroom

move electrical to back bedroom

install new water heater

Kitchen Renovation

remove stuff to temporary location

move kitchen table upstairs

remove appliances

remove cabinets

remove flooring

repair subfloor as necessary

remove interior walls

rewire any electrical as necessary

relocate gas line

relocate water line as necessary

insulate

install drywall

prime/paint

install new flooring ( install leveling compound if necessary)

install cabinets

install backsplash

install counter

replace appliances

move everything else back
