Pretty close to be able to say it is finished - hurray!!

About 15 minutes ago my granite guy left with measurements in his hands.....next Wednesday my new granite counters will be installed - I am doing the happy dance.

What an exhausting summer this has been. Between working on the house - building our cabin up north and still trying to maintain...

Well it has been a while since I updated my blog.......so much has happened.

Uppers and lowers are in.

Managed to successfully punch a second hole in the domsjo - hurray. All cuts are healed

Crown molding is being caulked as I type.

Moving right along - lots of progress this weekend

We have been super busy this weekend and got a lot done..

Walls are painted and floor down - new light fixture installed in the hallway with a fancy dimmer slider switch. I am very happy with the colour choice and the flooring - they look so much better in person - so far it is all coming...

Oh what wonderful progress

We are trucking right along....and can finally see the room coming together - I say jumping up and down with glee.

Walls are all painted and I am loving the colour.

Half of the pot lights are installed - still need a dimmer switch. Still need to order my pendant light....
