Ikea not to send missing items and ignoring e-mail and phone call

It has been 5 weeks and the missing items has been available online for the past couple days. Ikea is ignoring my e-mails and not sending my missing items. My daughter still has an incomplete bed laying around, a missing drawer and a KOMPLEMENT Interior chest drawers that can not be opened unless I lift up the glass to open the drawers from behind. Me and my 7 year old has been going through A LOT with Ikea for the past 5 weeks. There is no direct way in getting help. Ikea is the worst place to buy furniture because there is NO SUPPORT! I have no intention in purchasing the rest of the furniture, but it matches the bed so I decided to add in extra furniture. Now I am paying shipping for the most important furniture I did not get. I LITERALLY JUST GOT ROBBED.
