A worn out kitchen discovered

After spending a few years living in an apartment, I decided to eschew rent payments and begin looking for a condo. Since real estate prices in New Jersey are so high condos are a hot commodity. I would check one out and before I could decide whether to make an offer, it would be under contract already....
