Replacement part also damaged

When I got my kitchen order, the cover panel for the tall pantry arrived broken. Two weeks later the replacement arrives - also damaged. At least it's in one piece but one end is kind of smooshed. Got my kitchen order

I ordered a full Sorbo kitchen through Ikea Direct. My order included 3 pantries, 6 wall cabinets, and 8 base cabinets. Order total came out to $3,600 and shipping was $150.

I was told the order would take between two and three weeks. It took less than two ... and of course I wasn't...

My husband used Shenandoah cabinets from Lowe's in a previous home remodel. They were okay. Nothing special but functional. Lowe's initially delivered a full kitchen in the wrong color.
