Finished (mostly)

Finishing touches are happening:
All door pulls in place, monorail lights in place, espresso bar functioning. We won't get our red leather bar chairs until December. So in the mean time, you can just see one of the 4 Ikea ones.

Microwave too low!

I installed the microwave at exactly the height suggested in the manual. It's too low, I can't even see into a pot in the back of the stove.

Backsplash

They finished installing the back splash last night. There is a glass highlight running through the middle that has crinkled silver foil on the back.

Granite has been installed

Counter tops and island are looking good. Slight panic on the depth of the edges as the drawers/cabinets would not close. Careful adjustment has made it just make it.
