Concrete Countertop Progress

I've spent the past 3 nights (What has turned into the job after my job) building the melamine forms that will be used for the 4 concrete slabs that will become our countertops. A few tips I learned in the process:

Lots of progress in the past week. It's amazing how fast things start to come together at a certain point. We still don't have running water to the sink or a connected dishwasher. Those will be connected and installed after the countertops are in place. I've ordered Quikrete's countertop concrete mix...

Visible Progress (with Photos)

After almost 2 weeks of hanging, mudding, sanding and priming drywall (none of which is much to look at or very interesting to watch progress), last weekend we finally began the assembly and installation of our cabinets.

So glad this phase is over
