| "Customer Service"
Anybody have any "customer service" issues or the lack thereof with these folks? I am a faucet installation away from a $15K kitchen remodeling job, found out the cold water supply adapter for the faucet is defective and because the purchase date is more than 90 days old, I cannot get a resolution from the Tempe, AZ (where I bought the entire kitchen - cabinets, stove, sink, etc) Kitchen After Sales department, not to mention that because the item was not purchased on-line, they will not take the item back from me through the mail, nor ship a replacement through the mail for the same reason (I live in El Paso, TX, which is a 14 hour, 840 mile round trip for me)!!
