Quick - Lasagna Question!

I'm preparing 2 lasagna's tonight- one of which I will freeze.

Do I bake and then freeze or do I freeze without baking??

I would freeze without baking. If you go the other route, bake only partially and then freeze.

Freeze without baking. Wrap it well, once in plastic wrap, once in foil. Count on it needing at least one day in the fridge to thaw...probably two.

Thanks! I knew I could rely on you guys.

I usually bake lasagna when I have folks over and both are gone, but since I'm not really up for entertaining, I need to freeze one.

Back to the kitchen I go to assemble lasagnas.

Hi, I'm Italian, I usually bake them, I leave them cool off and then put them into the freezer .
