eva - recently you mentioned an America's Test Kitchen recipe for a Shore Meal in a Pot. Would you mind posting the recipe? Sounds like something yummy I can maybe handle making for a crowd...

They called it an Indoor Clambake, and it's made all in one pot.
2 lbs littleneck or cherrystone clams
2 lbs mussels
1 lb kielbasa, sliced 1/2 inch rounds
1 lb small red or new potatoes, cut 1 inch
4 ears of corn, silk removed, all but last layer of husk removed
2 live lobsters
8 T melted butter
Lemon wedges if desired
Put the clams and mussels in a cheesecloth, tie into a sack. In the bottom of a 12 qt stockpot, place the layers as follows: kielbasa, clams/mussels,potatoes, corn, lobsters. Cover and place over high heat. Cook until the potatoes are tender and lobsters are bright red, about 17-20 minutes.
Open the pot, set lobsters aside to cool, peel husks from corn. Remove potatoes with slotted spoon, then kielbasa and place on a platter with corn. Transfer clam bag to bowl and cut bag open, dumping clams and mussels into the bowl. Pour remaining juices from pot over clams and mussels. Break claws and tail from lobster and place on platter. Serve with melted butter.
Probably the best 20 minute meal you'll ever have!
I like to put the butter in small custard cups and squeeze the lemon directly into it.
Yeah, DeDe! What shall I bring? I can make a nice crusty Italian Bread. Several if everyone's coming...
Thanks for the recipe Eva! Looks simple and fun, although I think Dede might need to make 2 pots for all of us!

Crap!!! Does that mean I have to plug my stove in?
Okay, the invitation stands, but I'm leaving for Florida and Texas for 3 weeks, so...after I get my stove wired and do my "March in Florida" like usual, I'll have you all over. Provided somebody catches a couple of lobstahs in AZ!
