I am sooo excited. We just signed the lease for a new design studio on Friday and we were able to get to Ikea Friday Night to take advantage of their sale and got 3 Hajdeby chairs for $9.99 each. The issue is that we have two dogs and those white chair covers are going to look gross quickly.
I tried to look on their website and even searched some of the third party slip cover manufacturers but couldn't find anywhere that I could get different covers.
I am pretty good with sewing and was wondering if anyone has made some Hajdeby chair covers, and if so do you have a patterns or any tips??
I have made a cover, it is actually quite easy. I just used the cover that can with the chair cut it apart and then used those pieces as my pattern for the new material. If this is your first time doing this take a lot of pictures while you are cutting it apart so you can remember how to put it back together! Good Luck!
