I originally wanted the Bentonit lights for over my sink but they are no longer (RIP) so I'm trying to find something else to put over my sink. I can't have anything that hangs down because I have the HJUVIK faucet and I think it would look strange. So I was looking at bathroom lighting - would this work?
I think it would work fine--I especially like how low profile it is-- after you install it, you'd probably never notice it again...
(but then, now that Ithink about it,there's a number of ugly light fixtures in my house that I'm not acknowledging, so maybe its just me that's got a mental filter on?)
If you wanted it to disappear completely, maybe you could always install a little piece of trim at the front to mask it a bit?
I think it would look fine. What are the dimensions?

I think it would look great actually! It's low profile and fills in the area (i think , what are the dimensions?) as well as giving you light where you need it.

Cool light, jgsearls. LOVE your kitchen which I just finally saw on the "green wall color" thread. Nice! I'm always hesitant to look at ADEL MB photos lately for fear of buyer's remorse (AMB my very-close-second choice...) Enjoy!
I have to be the lone voice of dissent. While I think the style will probably work, I think you would be better off functionally with a couple of puck lights on either side rather than a single light in the center. The faucet will block some of the light from a fixture directly above it, so I think light coming from slightly off to either side will give you better illumination.
