Will the drawer and or door of the cabinet hit the front apron of the sink if they're placed next to each other in a corner configuration? The sink is 27" deep but Ikea doesn't list the dimension of the drawer/door placement on the cabinet.
Thanks!
There's room for a 24" high door underneath the sink. I'm not totally sure I understand your question, though. You do need to be concerned about drawer clearance if you have the sink right in the corner, butting up at 90 degrees with a cabinet on the other leg of the L. Wouldn't be as big aconcern if it's a door instead of a drawer.
Imagine you're standing facing the sink. The 48" corner cabinet is to your right perpendicular to the sink. My worry is that since the sink hangs out 3" past the normal 24" counter depth that if I try and open the drawer on the corner cabinet to my right it'll hit the edge of the sink preventing me from opening it more than an inch. I've attached a quick diagram:

The drawer in your 49" corner base is only 21" wide, so even mathematically, there shouldn't be a problem. Is there room in your plan to slide the corner base down to the right just a bit? That would buy you all the clearance you need.
I think I have room to slide the corner cabinet to the right but won't that expose the unfinished left side of the corner? It also messes up my plan to use a full length of counter top.
(how did you find out that the drawer is 21"?)
The Domsjo I installed extends 3" beyond the cabinet front. So your dilemma hinges on whether there is a filler piece of at least 3" to the left of the door on your blind corner cabinet. I don't have one, but I think that cabinet comes with apiece that is installed at the corner,or you could do your own filler there. Does anyone out there have that measurement?
One work-around would be to put a false drawer front on the blind corner cab, with a 24" tall door beneath. Then the door wouldn't run into the sink protrusion. Of course you would lose valuable drawer space, but it might be a reasonable trade.

The 49" corner cabinet is sold with a 21" door and drawer front - that is the size of the "working" part of the cabinet. The remainder is covered by a panel that will match your door/drawer color. (I "know" this because I've installed 500+ IKEA kitchens.) You will have room to make the drawer work, without having to move the cabinet down to the right.
