I thought Lee Valley was great (and still do), but Mockett & Co. are amazing.
I believe I am now on the right track for my cabinet pulls. Unfortunately, they sent out the wrong pull (DP148A-17S) instead of DP140B. No problem. They're sending out the correct one at NO CHARGE and no shipping.
I love this one already, but would really like to see my first choice, know what I mean? If it looks as good as the one they sent me today, I will definitely buy from them. Can't believe the hunt for my perfect pull might be over

I have gone to the Mockett site often over the last 2 years just to drool. I wish some of their accessories weren't so expensive. Oh well.

Sweet! Glad they're fixing their error. Its funny how a really good company really shines when they make a mistake, and make it right with little to no hassle. I hope they don't break the bank though!!!
We absolutely LOVE our mockett handles, and I lust after their new wall shelving system (for a room other than the kitchen)
Several years ago, I spoke with the Mockett peeps and was inquiring about buying a couple of plastic grommets for my speaker and security wires as finish pieces. I only needed 3. They sent me what I needed for 'no charge'. Who does that?
I am going to be buying their kitchen recessed countertop outlets. I'm also putting them in my bathrooms and office. They are the nicest people and have great stuff. I'm always glad to see their business growing.

I LOVE, LOVE that shelf system. Been eyeing it since I checked out their site. It's scary to think how close I came to "settling" for another pull because I didn't think there was any other option. I have been looking for months for the right pull and because of you, I feel sure that I found my baby Will report back as soon as the right one arrives.
