Hi Terri - for the spice rack door we cut down an Adel birch door ... I'd picked up a couple of the adel birch doors w/ glass in the as-is room and those doors came in very handy for use in my kitchen - they were used for the spice rack door, filler on both sides of the sink, and fill at the top of the micro and bottom of the fridge cabinet.

What did you do wiih the "cut" edges? Just poly them down?

Can I use "cut edges" on either side of the spice cab and still look good?

i will have extra 3' x 8' panel for sure.

Yes... I believe the cut edges have some poly on them ... I'm not 100% sure though because I hired a couple of guys to install my kitchen and they just took care of that finish detail without asking me any questions ...

note - you don't see the cut edges at all until you pull the rev-a-shelf out.
