kitchen planning tool questions

Not sure if this is the right place to post this or not....

So I have done a plan but when I click on a cubpord there is a little yellow caution sign that indicates an image which shows a filler between the wall and cabinet. I don't have a filler here is this saying there is something I HAVE to have because right now in my kitchen there is nothing.

Another issue I have is when I try to put the cover panel on for the side of the cabinets I am unable to fit the cabinets on the wall but without it I am.
Does this mean the cover panels will not allow the cabinets to fit?
Do you cut down the cover panels so that the cabinets are actually but up to each other and the cover panel only shows on the bottom portion of the white cabinets?

tehre is no cover panel for the fridge upper cabinet which comes out the full 24 inches. In reality then do we take a cover panel and cut it so that it fits?

Re: kitchen planning tool questions

The planner is notoriously persnickety. Sometimes it doesn't like something, and will give you the "caution" sign but it won't tell you why. It won't let you put drawers next to a range, for example, because of the chance that kids might use them as stairs to walk right up onto the stovetop!

You will need a bit of filler if you have a door opening against an adjacent wall, in order to clear the handle. You can always place a cover panel on the cabinet after it is placed in the planner. If you are having trouble with the planner, please check out the sticky note at the top of the Kitchen Planning forum for tips and tricks that we've found.

The planner is best for a general visual aid, not necessarily for exact renderings. Worst case, post your plan here and I'll try to fix it for you!
