sorry if this is not the right place to post this - i'm new
my husband and i have been planning for moving to a new apartment for a while now and have a list of all the stuff we're getting from ikea. the time has finally come, we're moving in the next couple of weeks... and i check the website and the bjorna bench we so love and are planning on buying two of as part of a 'noodle bar-esque' dining area, have GONE from the website! can anyone tell me, are they still in stores or are they gone altogether? i emailed ikea but have yet to receive a response. we are literally planning on going this sunday to buy... any help would be much appreciated! thank you!

Hello there on the other side of the ocean. I'm afraid it's not there anymore, on this side a few shops still have it in stock, but that's no help to you. Most do not have it on stock (delivery date unknown or not in the selection). Hope you can find something else!
argh! how can it so suddenly disappear like that? i literally looked on the site 2 weeks ago and they had it in stock in all my local stores! is there a chance they still have some just don't show it online? hey maybe they'd even be on sale!! heh wistful thinking
Well, the Björna bench is not mentioned in the (Dutch) catalogue either, so Ikea may have sold the remaining stock in the last few weeks, or shipped to elsewhere.
However, you may be lucky, that some benches are in stock, without mentioning on the website. These things do happen at Ikea, as Ikeas stock policy is somewhat mysterious
2 bjorna benches purchased, no problem! they still have them on the shop floor in the NJ ikea we went to and seemed to have plenty in stock! woo hoo! and phew
