Hi;
I am in a process of installing My kitchen (very clean look, modern).
I am looking to cover one of the wall in white glass (not tiles).
Please look at:

Only they are in CA and I cannot find it local.
I am in Central FL.
Any idea of how to solve the problem? I contacted some local glass but they have no idea how to install it or what I am talking about.
Any idea what to do?

I have been told by them that I will buy the glass from them and they will help me to find local installer.
The prices are VERY high....any other ideas?

We are looking into backsplash ideas as well.
Have you thought about Plexiglas, stainless steel or Cooper flashing?

I'd imagine you're paying for tempered glass in a very large size, possibly enamelled/painted on the back for color.

Have you checked with a local glass place about a sheet of tempered glass? You'd have to have it made in the size you want; can't cut tempered glass on site.

I can't imagine it'd be more difficult to install than a window or shower door. Looks like there might be aluminum track or molding around the perimeter to keep it in place.

I tried local but its first for them and they dont know how to install.
I called US color glass but they are not local, i tried to call someone local from the website, they are not close to me, and they will not come to my area.
MLS99, how do You like the glass as backsplash? do You have a picture You can share? who installed it for You?

Glasskote looks like awesome stuff, but very expensive. I decided on glass tile instead because it was much more reasonable and less complicated logistics.

I couldnt find local installer, I want to cover full wall, price are c-r-a-z-y.

Contacted the company, now i am looking for a local installer.... will go from there.
How long did it take you from start to finish?

When did You finish.

Love the blue.... wanted to go for red but planning on moving in couple of year so i had to go with safe color.
